JOY OF INCLUSION MESSAGE: JUST GRACE NCP

Just Grace believes in inclusion as we recognise the innate value of every person. We make sure that our organisation and our programmes are designed with inclusion at the core. When one considers the history of exclusion that the community of Langa has endured, the relevance of this becomes even more apparent. Every person has a valuable contribution to make in society, and we want to create a society where everyone has an opportunity to contribute equally. Specifically, Just Grace as we are aware of the challenges faced by women (currently and in the past) and therefore we adopted a formal mandate towards women empowerment since 2018. This incorporates inclusion in staffing, recruitment targets for our programmes and various events and campaigns explicitly aimed at empowering women.

Inclusion is essential, especially in a diverse country such as South Africa, which consists of different people, cultures and beliefs. Individuals must take it upon themselves to be more inclusive and acceptable to the next person regardless of race or background. As Just Grace, we are always happy to see brands such as NESTLÉ CREMORA who are not only encouraging the joy of inclusion but are playing a role in making a difference.
